Are you facing lower back pain or any other back related issues which is affecting your daily routine? Let me tell you that lower back pain can be managed by doing gentle exercises/ stretches and certain yog asanas regularly which will make our muscles stronger and flexible, as rigid and stiff muscles are susceptible to injuries. If you are having back injury, it will take a longer time to heal if your muscles are tense, this is where yoga and gentle exercises come into play. Simple exercises/ stretches shown in this video will help fasten the healing process. Some back pain can be stress related so practice mindfulness, do pranayama to de stress yourself. #vertigo #vertigotreatment #exercise Vertigo is a very common problem these days and can have great impact on our daily life if we do not take proper care. Symptoms of vertigo can last for few seconds, minutes and sometimes for hours or even days. Vertigo Treatment: If you keep practicing these exercises daily with me, even for 10 minutes, you can manage symptoms of vertigo and keep it at bay. Initially, start doing these exercises 3 times each side and gradually make it 5 times each side. While doing standing exercises, safety should be your priority as you will feel dizzy. Somebody should be there next to you as precautionary measure . However always listen to your body and if you feel uncomfortable stop and then again start slowly.
